Gavin Rapp is the Founder and CEO of Boise Marketing Masters — a Boise, Idaho SEO and web design agency built exclusively for service businesses.

Before building marketing systems, Gavin Rapp served as a 911 Dispatcher — a career that included responding to multiple multi-agency standoffs and high-stakes emergencies where composure and fast decisions weren’t optional. During his time in dispatch, Gavin earned multiple Life Saving Awards, including two for providing life-saving instructions directly to callers in crisis, a verbal commendation from McCall Police Sgt. Seth Arrasmith, and a written commendation from Valley County Sheriff Dispatch Supervisor Sgt. Kelly Copperi.

That standard of performance under pressure is what Gavin brings to every client account.

Across managed accounts, Gavin’s campaigns have driven 3.6M impressions and 72.7K clicks at an average cost per conversion of $17.42 — a 10.3% average conversion rate, above the 7.5% industry average for service businesses across managed search campaigns. In one engagement, his strategies helped a client grow revenue nearly 5x within 11 months.

Founders Mission Statement

To the business owner reading this —

You didn’t start your business to figure out Google algorithms. You started it to build something. My job is to make sure the right people find you, trust you, and call you — so you can focus on the work you’re actually good at.

— Gavin Rapp, Founder & CEO, Boise Marketing Masters LLC

Why Marketing?

After years of multi-agency standoffs and high-stakes calls, Gavin wanted to build something of his own — on his terms. But it wasn’t just ambition. He saw small service businesses getting sold overpriced retainers by agencies that disappeared after the contract was signed, and he knew he could do it differently.

So he went all in. Not through courses and certifications alone — but by getting inside live campaigns, real ad accounts, and real websites until the results proved themselves. Gavin Rapp built Boise Marketing Masters because local service businesses deserve an agency that actually shows up.

How Gavin Works

Two questions every service business owner asks before hiring a marketing agency — and the honest answers:

“I’ve been burned by agencies before. How is this different?”
Every account works directly with Gavin — not a junior account manager, not an overseas VA running templated campaigns. You get direct access, transparent reporting, and a system built specifically for your business. If it’s not working, you’ll know before the invoice does.

“How do I know I’ll get a return?”
You don’t — and any agency that guarantees specific results is lying to you. What Gavin guarantees is a system built around your market, your competitors, and your actual revenue goals. The results typically speak for themselves. Individual results may vary. Any marketing spend has risk. Extraordinary results and case studies are not typical results on every account. We do our very best for each customer

A Look at the Work

One of Gavin’s most recognized client engagements involved a service company where a combined strategy of Local SEO and Google Ads generated thousands of tracked conversions for service-business clients. The client was generating approximately $5,000 per month when the campaign launched. By month 11, monthly cumulative revenue from all sources had grown to over $25,000 — a 5x increase — with year-two projections pointing well beyond $360,000 in annual business.

Boise Marketing Masters was not responsible for the Social Media Ads or Traditional Marketing. Individual results may vary. Results are not typical and should not be expected.
